Excellent (10/10)
A wonderful, charming, traditional Mallorcan home, this property is just steps away from the town of Sóller, yet remote enough for quiet family time away from the hustle and bustle. It offers beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana and serves as a great base for exploring surrounding areas like Port de Sóller, Fornalutx, and the famous “Snake Road” to Sa Calobra. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for up to three families, with spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, well-decorated living rooms, and beautiful outdoor patios with a grill. The host was also very accommodating, and communication was impeccable. In summary, our stay was beyond our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Mallorca in the future.

Excellent (10/10)
We spent a wonderful week there and there is everything you need. Whether you just want to spend a relaxing day at home or have excursions planned, the location is simply perfect. We used the pool a lot, and the various outdoor seating areas were also particularly nice. Family time was never lacking. We even saw a few lizards. You just have to be a good driver 🙂 the roads are a challenge. [English translation from German]

Wonderful trip to Soller (10/10)
We had a lovely stay at the house in Soller. The house is perfect and had everything we needed. The pool and outside terrace areas are great – we loved the outdoor grill. Air con works great especially needed as it was very hot in Mallorca while we were there. It’s close to the main town with only a 10 minute walk to the square. There is a little supermarket near by to pick up a few essentials as we were on foot most of the time only hiring a car for 3 days. The streets are very narrow so caution if you do decide to drive. Soller is beautiful with lots of places to eat and drink; everyone is friendly and the service was brilliant. Breathtaking views with the mountains in the background – we just love it there. The tram is also very much a part of Soller – we didn’t get to go on it as it was very busy but it was July so understandable. Virginia was fabulous – very responsive and so helpful it just made everything perfect. We would love to return to the house and Soller – it was a perfect family trip so thank you. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent (10/10)
Great house, amazing views, perfect location, lovely property manager, wonderful outdoor space and beautiful furnishings. It is a wonderful Villa, and very spacious and with great amenities. The only thing I would say is that the sheets and towels need replacing, and it would have been great to have a set of beach towels for our use, as in other properties i have stayed in there are two sets of towels one for the home and one for the beach. However, these are small things. Overall we had a stunning stay, and would without hesitation come back. The location is perfect, the outdoor space amazing, greta views, quiet street, and it would be perfect for people without a car too as Sóller town centre is a short walk. We had a wonderful time and are considering returning in the autumn.

Owner’s comment: “We do replace the bed linen and towels as needed and we did replace some of the bed linen early in 2025 so we will talk to the cleaners. We have not provided beach towels because in the past we have found some guests have left them on the beach.”
Lovely and cosy town house (10/10)
Small little house in Sóller. Also the street is very narrow a small car is necessary to reach the house. We were happy to stay there during our vacation.

Owner’s comment: “We completely agree, the street up to the house is very narrow. If you are hiring a car, we strongly advise you hire the smallest category. If you are not planning to leave the valley during your holiday, then a car isn’t really necessary. Buses run to the beach/port and Fornalutx every half an hour. The centre of town is a leisurely 10-minute walk away.”
We loved it (10/10)
It was very quiet and relaxing, stunning views and great location. Some things could be improved like one of the towels was permanently stained, the bed linen was worn off and the air conditioning in the bedroom with the terrace didn’t cool down the air at all, only worked as a fan. Another thing to bear in mind is the mosquitoes, they were relentless in September! However, we still loved our stay. The property has nets installed on all windows so that helps, the outside barbecue is a bonus, and the bathroom downstairs has a walk in shower. Me and my partner had a great time!

Owner’s comment: “Sorry about the towels and bed linen. We often don’t get to check the condition of bedding etc until the end of the season. We have now replaced these and also installed a new air conditioner in that bedroom and in the office space on the top floor.”
Good outside space (10/10)
Lots of room outdoors with 3 terraces and a 5m round plunge pool. We made good use of the pool and BBQ during our stay. Huge outside table which easily moves for sun or shade requirements. House is well equipped with a big fridge freezer, inside dining for up to about 8. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Could do with extra sun loungers (we were 4 adults and only 3 sunbeds) we had no problems at all during our stay. Recommend a small car, roads all around are tight! Makes for interesting driving experience. Parking mostly ok out on road. Low cost overnight parking nearby if you don’t find a spot. Take with you rapid dry sports towels for pool and beach as none supplied at property. All other towels and linen provided. Good contact with Virginia / agency for access. Walk to town in 10 mins at a stroll. Plenty of bars/restaurants and tram to port. Definitely visit the port for the beach. Local walking in the hills from the centre. Would recommend, however, Lots of steps over 3 levels in house so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Owner’s comment: “We think some of the loungers must have got broken, we have now added some extras.”
Property and surroundings exactly as described (10/10)
This is a great place for family or friends to stay, either as a base to explore the area or just to spend time relaxing in the lovely, quiet environment. House and garden areas are clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We would like to say many thanks to Virginia for her kind help and making us welcome.

Amazing little find, close to the square and excellent addition of the pool (8/10)
We had a fantastic stay, it is in a lovely location a short walk from the square. The pool was an excellent addition which we used regularly. A lovely family holiday had by all. The communication was excellent. The stairs were quite steep for younger children but our 3 year old managed with some support. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful Villa tucked away! (10/10)
So lovely to arrive and find your villa even nicer than the pics! Tucked away outside the town yet just walking distance to everything you need. Villa is spacious and offers all you need! It’s a lovely quiet area and has lots of walks near by. The town is beautiful and a tram ride away is our favourite place, the beautiful Port! Only one thing I would suggest…. The outside furniture could do with being updated and more loungers. The villa is for 6 however they only offer 2 loungers. When we were there they broke and although response was fab and they were replaced I think more could be offered. The small sofa and arm chairs look like they are ready to go too, very old and tired and could break! That said it’s a very small suggestion for a very beautiful villa. We would definitely return, thank you Virginia, you were always very helpful.

Owner’s comment: “Unfortunately, the Mediterranean sun takes its toll on the outdoor furniture but we have now replaced it.”
Fantastic Holiday! (10/10)
We had the most wonderful holiday surrounded by the most beautiful setting of the mountains and a short walk into the historic town of Soller. The villa was well equipped with a pool with a view and plenty of space to accommodate our young family. There were a few issues with the fuse box and the power in the house but a quick call to the hosts sorted the problem (even though it was midnight) Also parking outside the property was tricky and the streets are extremely narrow. In hindsight, we didn’t need to hire a car! All in all a fantastic property to spend our family holiday!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Owner’s comment: “The fuse box sometimes trips when all the air conditioners in the house are on at the same time. However, we believe this has now been fixed.”
Walking holiday in Soller (10/10)
The property typically Spanish style with good outdoor area situated in the heart of the town giving easy access to all amenities and walking routes in the valley. Virginia our contact manager was excellent, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
